Shipping policy


Although we attempt to process all orders on the same day they are placed, it may take up to three business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to be processed after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 


Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For all products except those listed as exceptions, Trusted Therapy Products uses a flat shipping rate for all sales within the United States:

Orders Less Than $25

$5 Flat Shipping Fee

Orders Between $25 and $250

$10 Flat Shipping Fee

Orders Over $250

Free Shipping


Items that use calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The value of the items in these categories will count toward Free Shipping, even if these individual items do not receive free shipping.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Trusted Therapy Products attempts to source the best products at the best prices for our customers. That means that we use several different suppliers and warehouses around the world. 

While our estimate is that orders will be delivered within 7-14 business days, there may be some variance. While many of the orders may be received sooner, some may take up to 21 days to receive. If you have not received your order within 21 days, please contact us at support@trustedtherapyproducts.com.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, an email notification with a tracking number will be provided. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

In addition to emails, you can check the status of all of your products on the “My Account” page within each order. 

If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@trustedtherapyproducts.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

What Happens If My Shipment Is Lost or Damaged?

Trusted Therapy Products is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. We offer optional insurance to protect your purchases with a built-in claims process to make it easier for you.
